Return and Refund Policy

At Monny.in, we strive to provide the best quality products. Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Wrong size delivered
  • Wrong colour delivered
  • Defective or damaged product
  • Different product than what was ordered

Important Conditions for Returns

  • To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product by filling out the Contact Form on our Contact Us page with full details of the issue.
  • Please provide an unboxing video clearly showing the product condition and packaging when you contact us. This video helps us verify the problem.
  • Returns without the unboxing video or after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

Return Process

  • After you submit the contact form or [email protected] with the required details and video, our support team will review your case and guide you through the return process.
  • Returned products must be in their original packaging and condition.
  • Return shipping charges will be borne by us if the product is confirmed defective, incorrect, or damaged; otherwise, they will be the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days via the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
